ProBets
By Steve Jones
Introduction to ProBets
ProBets is a complete
professional betting package.
If you aspire towards betting professionally, the ProBets
operation will guide you through the process. Even if you don't have
those aspirations, you can set in motion a simple investment
which has the potential to consistently out-perform any conventional high-street
package.
A professional betting operation involves careful planning
from the start. An investment bank is set up, staking from
the bank is optimised in order to maximise profits and minimise
the effect of negative sequences. Bets are researched,
with pricing a paramount consideration. Re-allocation of profits provides
the longer-term growth that leads to ultimate fulfilment (either
professional status or a successfully concluded investment), and
this is achieved without ever increasing the relative risk factor
attached to the investment.
I
place this basic structure at your disposal
free of charge. All you need to do is set up your own investment fund,
from which you will place the bets to make it grow. Because
your investment will only grow if you feed it winners, they will
be
the only things you pay for.
My forthcoming book will describe in detail how
professional betting operates at its best. ProBets serves as a practical
demonstration of the book.
Main features of ProBets:
* A complete professional betting
package
*
Pay only for the winners
* Withdraw your funds at any time
Quick-Start
Guide to Betting Professionally with ProBets
The ProBets service is available by private email only.
1. Set aside a betting bank for your
investment before you start. The value of this initial
investment is entirely up to you. My job is to manage the growth of the investment
by providing you with the right bets to place.
2. Divide your opening balance by 20
to obtain the value of 1 point. For example, if your initial
investment is £500, the value of 1 point would be £25.
3. Now open a ProBets account in
order to receive the bets:
Go
to the ProBets registration form which is located in the left-hand
menu, directly below the ProBets page link. Simply make an initial deposit to open a ProBets
account. The minimum deposit is £10. Your ProBets service will automatically
commence with the next available bet.
Please
note: If you register for ProBets using one email address, and
then use a different email address within PayPal, your daily emails
will go to the address you used to register. To avoid any confusion,
please use the same email address for both parts of the process.
Please
subscribe before 19.00 GMT to be sure of commencing your service with
the following day's
bet.
4. You will receive one bet
per day, seven days a week. Bets are always sent the evening
before racing. Should an advised bet be subsequently declared a
non-runner, there will be no bet for that day.
5. Stake 1 point to win on each
selection.
6. A minimum price is advised
with each bet. Take the best price available to you, provided it is no
shorter than the minimum advised. If you are unable to secure the advised price,
you should make
the bet at SP rather than taking a shorter early price.
7. Re-investment policy: Rule off
your investment after 100 bets and divide the closing balance by 20 to
obtain the new value of 1 point. Use the new value of 1 point as your level stake for
the next 100 bets, and so on. Repeat after every 100 bets.
8.
As soon as your investment doubles, take out your original capital and
start the investment again, using the accrued profit as your new
capital. From that point on, you will not need to bet with your own
money for the remainder of the investment. The re-investment policy
(7. above) will take care of future growth.
Your questions
answered
How much will ProBets cost me?
You will only be charged for ProBets that win.
There is no charge for any ProBets that lose or do not run.
The charge for a winning ProBet is £5. This charge will remain
constant, which means that it will account for a progressively
smaller percentage of your income as your investment grows.
How do I pay for winning
ProBets?
For each winning ProBet there will be a deduction of £5
from your ProBets account. There are no other charges whatsoever.
How do
I make additional deposits to my ProBets account?
You
can do this anytime you wish. Simply enter the amount you wish to
deposit (minimum £10) and click the Deposit button. Your new
balance will be displayed shortly afterwards.
How do I make withdrawals from my ProBet
account?
You
can do this anytime you wish. Simply enter the amount you wish to
withdraw, click the Withdraw button and then Confirm. Your new ProBets balance will
be displayed shortly afterwards. Please note that you will need a minimum
balance of £5 in your account to receive the next ProBet. If a
ProBet has been sent to you and the result is unknown at the time of
your withdrawal request, the system will retain £5 to cover a
possible win. Should that bet lose, the retained £5 will then be
available to withdraw. Withdrawals will be actioned within 24 hours of
request.
What
if I am going away on holiday?
If
you are going away on holiday, or perhaps you won't be in a position
to make any bets for a few days, all you need to do is withdraw your
funds. That way, you won't pay for any winners you miss. Simply make
another deposit when you return and your service will be
re-activated.
What
if I change my email address once I am registered?
Your
ProBets will automatically be sent to the email address you used in
the ProBets form when you signed up for the service. If you wish to
change the email address at which you receive the bets, please drop me a line
to let me know. I will then make the necessary changes to ensure the
ProBets go to your new address.

A
Brief Introduction to Betting as an Investment
In the current economic climate there are
increasingly more reasons why betting, when conducted professionally,
can provide a very attractive alternative to traditional forms of
financial investment.
Basic investment philosophy
The setting up of a betting bank is crucial to
the success of your investment. That bank is your investment,
just as it would be if you had a portfolio of stocks and shares, and
my job is to manage it and make it grow. Your investment is geared to
the buying of racehorses' chances rather than gold or copper but it
works in the same way.
My operation is geared to progressive growth
rather than short-term jackpot-hunting. If, at the end of an
investment period, the growth of your investment is greater than you
could have achieved with a financial package from a high-street bank,
building society or financial services outlet, then the exercise will
have been worthwhile. Historical performance has shown that far
greater rewards than these traditional methods are possible on a
consistent basis.
Trading in the chances of racehorses can produce
exciting results when handled correctly, as can be seen from the fact
that I managed a betting fund which provided a growth of 1,183% over a
seven year period.
The main emphasis of my risk management strategy
is to safeguard your investment. I will not allow it to be exposed to
any greater risk than is necessary. The potential effect of negative
sequences is carefully calculated and prepared for. With
this essential safeguard in place, staking is optimised to ensure the maximisation
of profits.
Here are a few excerpts from the training manual of
one of the world's top fund management companies, clearly showing
how the principles of traditional investment strategy can be
successfully applied to betting:
"...if the risks are either too high or
too low, then bet sizes and/or bankroll can be adjusted to produce the
desired amount of risk."
"...profits
and losses do not likely alternate with smooth regularity; they
appear, typically, as winning and losing streaks. When the entire
investor-manager team realizes this as natural, it is more likely to
stay the course during drawdowns, and also to stay appropriately
modest during winning streaks."
"...in actual practice, the most important
psychological consideration is ability to stick to the system. To
achieve this, it is important (1) to fully understand the system
rules, (2) to know how the system behaves and (3) to have clear and
supportive agreements between all parties that support sticking to the
system."
By
correctly following the simple rules of my investment plan you will
give yourself every opportunity to reap the rewards it can provide.
